I live in Langley BC and am trying to find someone to do roping lessons for my 15 yr old daughter. We are wanting someone who will work with her horse as well.

Needed an experience roper and roping horse

Is there anyone near/in the Fraser Valley, Lower Mainland that has experience roping a filly that doesn't want to be caught. I can walk up to her scratch her from head to ears get a halter around her neck and lead attached to the halter but can't get the halter on her nose. I've caught her five times she is too strong for me to hold out in the open to get the halter on properly and she has to come off the field. I need someone to quietly approach and lasso her with an experience roping horse that won't be afraid and give slack on the lasso until told. Once Grasshopper realizes she is caught I can get a halter on her properly then we need to load her and her mom into the trailer to get her home. She is located in Harrsion Mills, BC(Sasquatch Inn) We will pay for the time and expense , trailering.

Hi: I’ve been looking for someone that may know a contact to link me up with someone that purchases miniature livestock. I have Dexter cows and have Zebu-Dexter cross calves. I only have 3 to 5 calves yearly. I usually sell them at the Innisfail Odd and Unusual Sales in Spring. If you can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Horse Wanted:

I've just been asking around to see if anyone knows of any old rope horse that would be suitable for a 7 year old boy.

He doesn't want to rope right now, but wants to little britches rodeo. We are looking for something really quiet and bombproof, preferably in its 20's.

Our little guy Wyatt, had to retire his 31 year old gelding this fall, and so we are looking for a horse for him this fall, and I thought you guys might know of something. He is really a beginner rider, it doesn't have to be a rope horse,

but something that has been used for arena work and trail rode on and is old and has been there, and done that would be preferable. It wouldn't be used too hard, as he only rides once or twice a week.

If you guys hear of anything could you give me a call or email me.
